The legal fee will be be fixed at the beginning of the mandate. It is based on the complexity of the case and the number of hours dedicated to the case. In addition, a flat charge for out-of-pocket expenses (telephone, telefax, email, mail etc.) in the amount of 3% of the legal fee is applied. The VAT applicable is of 7,6%.
